Each apartment has a spacious living room with a dining area, TV and video equipment, radio/CD player set, fully fitted kitchen with a fridge and microwave oven, a bathroom with a bath and/or shower, one or two spacious bedrooms, and offers full hotel service, beauty lounge, cleaning service, laundry service, Internet and telephone facilities. Indoor parking is also available.

The apartments are located in the city centre, are larger than the studios and all have a bathroom with a bath or shower, kitchen facilities and a living room. These apartments suit 2 people, and have a separate bedroom.

All the apartments receive a once a week cleaning service. The whole apartment will be cleaned including the bed and towels.
Internet and parking are available for an extra charge.
Bike rental is possible upon arrival.

The price is excluding breakfast and city tax & service charge.

• City Tax & Service Charge are EUR4.50 p.p.p.n for stays shorter than 2 weeks or EUR1,00 p.p.p.n. for guests who stay longer than 2 weeks .
• The breakfast buffet is EUR16,00 p.p.p.d. and is served in Hotel Le Roi. Optional to use.
• Internet is available in the apartment for a extra charge of EUR75,00 per month.
• Parking in a parking garage is possible for a special rate of EUR150,00 per month. Normal rate is EUR22,50 a day.
• Bike rental is possible upon arrival.

• Up to 30 days before arrival, no charges will be made. After this, the day rate is charged for apartments booked for a day, the weekly rate for apartments booked for a week, and the monthly rate for apartments booked for a month.
• Contracts booked at the day rate can be terminated per day.
• Contracts booked at the week rate can be terminated per week.
• Contracts booked at the month rate can be terminated per month.
