There are two main banks in the Netherlands, the ABN AMRO and ING Bank, both have an extensive branch network around the country. Opening times vary depending on how busy the branch is. Generally larger branches are open from 9am to either 5 or 6pm in the city centre. Both ING and ABN have branches that are open on Saturday in the centre of the Hague.

The new The Hague International Centre (THIC), provides a special service to expats and highly-skilled migrants moving to The Hague. With just one appointment, they will be able to arrange their residence permit, registration in the Personal Records Database of the municipality and their Burgerservicenummer (BSN).
