Use of this website is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. By using this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Users enter this website at their own risk. We offer no guarantee that any content downloaded from this site will not have a harmful effect on your computer.

Any unauthorized reproduction or copying of materials on this site, linking to or other access to the site is strictly forbidden and subject to written permission the management of Holland Vacations B.V. This site, all the content, ideas, images and layout are all copyrighted by (c) Holland Vacations B.V., registered in the Netherlands.

Properties:
Holland Vacations B.V. prides themselves on presenting only quality accommodation for our customers. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the property descriptions provided on our website by performing on site visits in many cases, we rely on information provided by the property owners. As we are notified or become aware of changes to the properties we update the information on our site, however, we do not accept liability for any omissions or errors and reserve the right to change or delete information and descriptions of the properties as necessary.

We will accept no liability whatsoever for any actions, accidents, losses or any form of liability arising from your stay in the properties represented here or recommended by us, our agents or partners. Holland Vacations B.V. are solely representing the properties 'as is'. Any complaints or problems should be brought to the attention of the homeowners who are solely responsible for the rental condition of any property.

Your agreement (if any) is with the homeowner and not with Holland Vacations B.V. You are entering into no agreement implied or otherwise with Holland Vacations B.V. No agreement or contract is deemed to have taken place until expressly agreed in writing by Holland Vacations B.V.

Rates:
All rates quoted are subject to availability and may be altered by the property owner without notice. Special offer and discounted rates may be subject to a minimum stay. Please confirm the rates prior to completing your booking.

Payment:
An immediate booking deposit of 150 Euro or 10% of the cost of the booking whichever is the greater amount will be collected at the time of booking. A booking will not be made until such time as payment of the deposit has been received and processed. The balance of the payment due will be collected approximately 6 weeks before arrival date. You will receive an electronic confirmation of your booking.

A security deposit may be required for some properties. If this is the case, payment will be required with the time you are making the balance of your payment.

We accept Visa and MasterCard and payment must be made via our secure on-line booking system.

If payments are not promptly received upon notification your booking may be cancelled and any payments made will be forfeited.

Our cancellations terms are:
Notification of cancellation must be provided via e-mail to info@corporaterentalsbenelux.com. Cancellation will result in the following penalties: · Over 6 weeks before arrival date - booking deposit
· 6 to 4 weeks before arrival date - 50% of total cost
· 4 to 2 weeks before arrival date - 75% of total cost
· Within 2 weeks - 100% of total cost

In certain unforeseen circumstances such as emergency repairs a property owner may have to cancel your booking. Should this occur we will:
·Promptly inform you of the cancellation.
·Do our level best to find you an alternative property from one of our other listings subject to availability.
·Refund any money we receive from the property owner.

We recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance prior to making your trip.

Changes in your plans:
Should you change your plans and wish to alter your booking, we will do our best to work with the property owner to accommodate your request. Holland Vacations B.V. shall not be liable for any costs or damages incurred as a result of changes in your plans.

Occupants:
The maximum number of occupants allowed to stay in the apartment is the number provided at the time of your booking. You must inform and agree with the property owner if there are to be additional people staying at the property. You may not sublet or re-let the property.

Unless otherwise specified pets are not allowed.

Checking in/Checking out:
You must comply with the rules for checking in and checking out specified by the property owner or caretaker. The property owner or caretaker will provide you with keys to the property. All keys must be returned at the end of your visit.

Courtesy:
In many cases the apartment/accommodation you are staying in will be located in a building with other apartments. We ask that you observe common courtesy during your stay and avoid excessive noise or nuisance to your neighbors.

Damage:
Holland Vacations B.V. accepts no responsibility to loss or damage to your personal property during your stay. Except for normal wear and tear, you are responsible for any damage to the property and its contents during your stay and must promptly report any such damage to the property owner. You will in any case be subject to the local laws and by-laws in this regard.

Good practice:
In the event of genuine complaint about a property, or disagreement with a property owner, please let us know. We will try to mediate (without guarantee or prejudice) on your behalf. We also reserve the right to remove the property from our site in the future without prior notice in a case where we are agreed that the property does not meet our standards.

Data Privacy:
We collect personal data from you when you make an online booking through forms on our web sites or by speaking to one our staff members. Our bookings are handled by our sister company Ireland at Home Ltd or one of our partner booking companies.

We shall maintain the confidentiality of information entrusted to us and will not be share your personal information with any company other than our sister company Ireland at Home except:
· With third parties such as providers of accommodation required to fulfill your request
· When disclosure is authorized or legally mandated.
Your data will only be used to conduct the normal business of renting the holiday property.

Should you elect to receive automatic emails from Holland Vacations B.V. and Ireland at Home, your name and email information will be used to deliver the emails. We conduct an 'opt-in' and 'opt-out' policy for email newsletters. At your instruction via email or post, we will remove your details completely from out database (except for accounting purposes to show proof of sales). Please note that the sending of a request via email or postal services does not assume proof of delivery. To ensure that your data is removed, please allow 30 days for a reply and contact us by phone if your data is not removed after this time or to confirm removal of data.
